NewStar Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and nice. The manager Urs is a real gentlemen. Hope everyone will book this hotel and I'm sure you will have a wonderful journey in St.Gallen!

Immer wieder gerne, fühlen uns dort wie Zuhause und der Balkon ist jedes mal ein Genuss. Sehr sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Accomodation was very well equipped with fridge, picrowaves oven, etc ... Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great, not far away of the shopping mall and main companies.

A big thank you to Urs and his team... Spent 2 weeks here for business and they were amazing, again! (This is the second time I have stayed here). Friendly, helpful, very clean and comfortable! Highly recommended.

The room size is amazing .. definitely bigger than other places i have stayed in St. Gallen Service was great as was the employees. Everyone was so nice and smiling all the time. This is not my first time there and sure won't be the last

My first thought is how this hotel only has 3 stars. The room was clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was comfortable, maybe a tad soft for my liking. The noise from other rooms were quite low compared to other hotels I experienced. The staff were very polite and very serviceminded. Overall a good stay.
