床很難睡，已經出現塌陷的情況。整體衞生也比較一般，但好在價格便宜，還有早餐

The Savoy is a lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Staff were all fantastically helpful and the food was very good. It location is about a 5 minute walk into St Helier and is all flat. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again in the summer.

We stayed for New Years Eve and while we enjoyed our stay were disappointed with the lack of toiletries, do not disturb sign for our room and, ingredients during breakfast service however felt the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating which improved our experience as the look and cleanliness of the room and communal areas was poor.
It wouldn’t put us off staying again as we enjoy staycations and supporting local hospitality but there was a lot of basics missing from our room and the breakfast buffet was below par in comparison to recent previous stays here.

Everyone smoked outside right in front of main entrance, there was a sign up prohibiting this however it is the area that everyone uses to smoke in,

Positive: Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room.
Negative: Various items for the cooked breakfast buffet had run out and they were very slow to replenish them. The shower screen leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
Overall: Good value, nice hotel. I’d stay there again.

Great hotel with a fantastic restaurant, rooms a little tiny and hotel is bit of a walk outside of the city center. But beside of that all over great!

The staff in the Savoy were really exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and always went the extra mile when asked for anything. I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel and will be coming back again soon for a longer visit in Jersey.

Good location just outside of town. Very friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice.
