When I arrived to customer service rep was very polite. She checked us in fast. But when we arrived in our room # 312 we walked in and the bed was unmade there were towels all over the room and bathroom. There was blunt wrappers and tobacco from the blunts on the desk and table. And there was also cups of liquor and soda on the night stands and dresser. So we went back down to address the issues she then put us in room #211 when we walked in there was burn holes in the bedding the loveseat covered in stains the doors on the dresser were broke and hanging. So we decided to just sleep ontop of the blankets to rest before getting up to go deal with business related travels. I will not stay at this hotel.

Kinda rough area across the street from a scrapyard. Showerhead was held on with electrical tape. Bathroom tiles cracked pillows were flat.

It was not a great experience. First of all the location is not a safe place. Very shady neighborhood.
The room has a weird smell to it and the staff was so loud during the night that my boyfriend and I had trouble sleeping,we were on the 2nd floor
There was breakfast, but it was so stale that it was inedible
What made it even worse is the surprise extra $100.00 when we checked in. That was not disclosed to us until we checked in. We paid it only because we were exhausted from traveling and wanted to sleep

Loud yelling all night long from the hotel workers in the lobby on both nights we stayed here. Additionally, random incoming phone calls between 4:15 and 5:00 AM to all the rooms woke us up repeatedly. When we mentioned it to hotel staff they said we should ask people not to call us in the middle of the night and they have no control over it — completely useless

When we first arrived the doors were locked and since we have been driving all night we did not notice the young woman by the window she was very rude the entire check in. The extra lock in our room was broken and the carpet was dirty. There were also check in fees posted that were not mentioned anywhere. The room and the service were not worth the price. NIGHT staff definitely needs to be better!

The people at the front desk were great, and the accommodations were adequate, but I would not stay in this hotel again. It was in a very run-down industrial area. The $100 deposit for damages would have been a clue had I known about it in advance. Again, the people were nice enough, but I didn't feel safe there as it was just me and my daughter.
