No sheet on the bed, flashing light in the bathroom that they couldn’t turn off (kept us up), paper thin walls, only gave us one towel and it took them 3 hours to get us another one so we could shower, curtains didn’t close fully, attitude from staff. Not worth the stay.

This property is a solid place to stay but nothing amazing. The view from a low floor was of an AC unit, the valet was completely full when I arrived, the up symbol lit up on the elevator when it was going down, and the wifi didnt work throughout the duration of my stay. When I talked to the front desk about it they gave me a number to call that never answered. The beds were comfy and rooms were modern though!

Upscale hotel being run very poorly. Bar, lobby mostly not staffed at all. In good shape but insufficient maintenance beginning to show. Staff friendly but poorly trained. AC did not work in first room had to change rooms. Called front desk put on indefinite hold. All three times I came to front desk no one there. On leaving front rotating door blocked by luggage cart.

A beautiful hotel and the room was immaculate! We loved the decor! When we arrived they was a line and Cory who was leaving for the day saw the line and checked us in. This set the tone of the level of service at this hotel. In the evening we ordered dinner from Prime 55. It was a little confusing because in order to get room service you have to call downstairs which is fine but they in turn have to order from restaurant for you and they also have to go pick up your meal and bring it upstairs to you. That took over an hour! Randy at the concierge desk delivered our meal apologized profusely but I felt bad for him because that’s asking a bit much for one man. To the management staff you have to make room service run more proficiently or hire more staff for room service. Another great staff member was Derrick a professional and personable person. I will be back but I won’t order room service!

It was a great hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Orlando and the rest of the parking attendants were the best! We also enjoyed an awesome dinner at Prime 55 in the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great staff, nice hotel, too loud to sleep. The hotel was nicely done, bed was comfortable. We had a room on the second floor and there was a party downstairs that was loud enough to keep me up until 1:28 am when they finally turned the music off.

Red Roof Inn accommodations at a the price of the Ritz… This hotel bills itself as a leading hotel, yet has the services of a stand-alone motel. Valet Parking is $45/night, no sit down restaurant for breakfast and only offer bagels and cereal out with gallon milk jugs to share. Wont’ be staying here again
