When we arrived, the three of us, the appartment should be ready at 17:00 hours. We have to wait more than one hour to receive the keys. We asked in advanced by email for parking for one car, they told us that the parking was full so we had to park very far from the appartment and download our luggage quickly. The appartment is very small. It was complicated to open the bed in the sofa: you have to move other furniture (two small tables, a chair and more). It is suppose they have to give a security code to open the door at the entrance of the building. They forgot to give us the code and after 19:00 we found the doors closes and we have to ask to other customer to open the door for us.

Un séjour au top. Le logement dans lequel nous étions (chambre 311) spacieux, superbe vue et surtout extrêmement propre. L’hôtel est à proximité de tout. Les pistes sont juste derrière l’hôtel. La dame à l’accueil polie serviable aimable. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons.

Le mois de septembre arrivant, il est temps de donner une appréciation sur le séjour de 15 jours dans cette résidence puisque je suis inciter à le faire (par Pierre & Vacances). Comment dire ? - En premier l'établissement est bien situé, calme, propre et surtout le personnel est à la fois compétent, discret et sympathique. - En second, la surface de l'appartement est "faible" au regard de sa capacité annoncée de 6 personnes. Certains aimeront la convivialité en résultant (voire imposée ?). Pour ma part, j'aurais aimé plus d'intimité. Dormir dans un coin (sans lumière du jour) menant aux toilettes et aux salles d'eau, j'apprécie guère. Pour conclure, c'est ma première expérience avec Pierre & Vacances (pour info, j'ai loué à 3 autres organismes pour des vacances d'été). Le résultat est mitigé. Si l'on ajoute un coût plutôt élévé lorsque vous avez un animal (chien), absence de réunion d'infromations (pot d'accueil), je ne compte pas renouveler une location estivale chez Pierre & Vacances.

Résidence très bien située aux Bruyères, proche de tout. Les appartements sont propres, fonctionnels et avec beaucoup de placards et rangements ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans des logements de vacances. Mention spéciale pour tout le personnel : ils sont accueillants, gentils, toujours un petit mot sympa. Merci et à bientôt je l'espère.
