For shared use: garden (fenced). In the complex: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Steep footpath (30 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house. A large, well equipped, comfortable and very clean property. All that you needed was there. A nice view from the property and a quiet location. Only thing to be aware of is that it is on a hill above St Moritz which either means a long walk from town or a

Very nice apartment near the center of Saint Moritz, reachable on foot but with at least 20 minutes of climbing for return to home. Spacious and quiet, overlooking the lake. Third floor down with no elevator. Very convenient garage and outdoor parking spa
