Niespodzianka 50. urodziny dla mojego narzeczonego, lokalizacja była świetna atmosfera na plaży. Wystrój pokoi był fantastyczny. Jedyną czkawką był bar przy plaży, część hotelu, obsługa była okropna. Zamówiłem jedzenie w barze, czekałem 20 minut przy stole, wróciłem do baru, inna kelnerka poinformowała, że zamówienie nigdy nie zostało złożone. Czekałem kolejne 30 minut, musiałem podejść do okna kuchni, aby zapytać kucharza o moje zamówienie. Siedział tam przez chwilę. Napoje też były okropne. Zdecydowaliśmy się zjeść po tym poza lokalizacją.
Spędziliśmy dobrze czas. Muzyka na żywo na plaży, wspaniały zachód i wschód słońca. Wrócę na pewno.

Basen zamyka się przed zachodem słońca, a pracownicy byli bardzo niegrzeczni, wyprowadzając nas z basenu jak dzieci. Zostałem obciążony opłatą za późne wymeldowanie, kiedy powiedziano mi, że wszystko jest w porządku, nikt dziś nie zarezerwował tego pokoju, więc nie będzie opłat. Ogólny
pobyt był w porządku, urocze pokoje w stylu akademika na dziedzińcu. Pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo pomocni, a także pozwolili nam zachować ten sam pokój, gdy zdecydujemy się zostać na dodatkową noc. Po prostu słony o dodatkowej opłacie i zamknięciu basenu.

Great atmosphere. Nostalgic hotel with a fun pool area with easy beach access. No need to bring beach towels. Towels are available at the pool for use for the day. Will definitely go back.

Only real complaint is the front desk attendant Steve. Being the only person in line while the other clerk was helping a customer in-front of me instead of helping me check in he decided it was more important to run around talk poorly of his other co-workers and do busy work. While waiting patiently he finally greeted me after standing there for 20 minutes that he would “be with me soon”. After waiting another 10-15 minutes he was ready to “help me” if you would even call it that. He started the check in process couldn’t remember my name after he asked three times what the reservation name was under walked off twice without saying anything and then would come back and ask the same questions finally the second time the front desk manager stepped in and finished the process as well as offering two free drinks I’m sure because she could see the frustration in my face. Was a horrible start. Although Steve ruined the beginning of the stay the hotel and amenities and rest of the staff were amazing, so friendly and on top of things. Loved the location and set up of the hotel!

Place was as I expected and love everything here…great location and lots of fun there for a get away or for a family vacation. I would def come back again

We arrived after midnight, but we had called to alert them of that. The room we reserved wasn’t available, the hotel said this happens a lot with Trip.com because they overbook and there aren’t enough rooms. Luckily they had a different type of room available, but we had requested 2 beds and wound up with only 1. We requested a rollaway bed or air mattress, and extra bedding. We were told he would bring something up to us, but he never came back, no one answered the phone and the front desk was abandoned.

I booked this hotel because of the location near the beach. The beach and location was great. I would not stay here again because we felt it wasn’t up to date or very clean. The lobby had this bad smell when walking through. The room was fine but the bathroom was awful. Bathroom was outdated small, old, sink wouldn’t drain, dirty, no sink soap. The cleaning people came in our room and made our bed by just taking the comforter and throwing it over the bed and left the dirty sheets In a ball still on the bed. They took our used towels and didn’t give us new ones we had to find them and get new ones. Overall this hotel is fine if you’re in high school or college going on spring break. Not a nice clean hotel for me and my husband.
