Check in was terrible. We were told our room was not ready at 4:00pm (check in time) After waiting 45 minutes, we were told it would be another hour before our room was ready (that would have meant it wouldn't be ready till around 6:00pm. At that point, we ask to see the manager. She found us another room and we were able to finally check in.
We were put in a room on the 1st floor. The door that went out to the pool did not have a lock. Only a chain slide that would have made it easy for a breakin.
Breakfast on our first morning. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast to be delivered to our table. This was not the waitress's fault. There was only one girl to wait on tables inside the resturant as well as outside. She was also functioning as hostess. Poor girl was doing the best she could but way to much for one person.

The Dolphin Resort was home away from home complete with excellent service and amenities. The location can’t be beat!

The staff was very nice the food was great the pool was amazing and the rooms where clean and spacious.we all had a great time only thing i wish it had was live music.

I don't know where to begin with how terrible this place is. The front desk staff are extremely rude. The rooms/hallways/stairwells are extremely dirty. They really rely on the location but please beware, everything except the location is horrible!

The hotel is older, comfortable but reminded me of an old Vegas hotel. The dining room was outdated, the food decent but staff are great. The standard room is less than desirable and not what was advertised. I have stayed at new and more modern motel 6’s. The beds comfortably but no ocean view or balcony. The money was not worth the experience. I would not recommend staying unless you can afford the ocean view rooms of upwards to $500 a night.

The gentlemen at front desk didn't seem to care when I told him that microwave was so dirty in side couldn't use and the blow dryer gor hair was do dirt and and scummy on outside to hold. Never apologized and never wrote fiwn snything or toom number yo get it taken care of. No Thank you for staying with them.

Amazing, outside bar staff was amazing as well, both shifts.
Was a volleyball tournament outside my room i was unaware of...
Breakfast restaurant was tasty,front desk pleasant.

Already have. Disgusting rooms with black mold. After my wife and 2 year old left we had severe allergies for days. Couldn't even shower due to the the shower head being caked with lime scale and rust. The GM is a out of touch in hospitality. Has no sincerity and lacks personal accountability or ownership of the disgusting state of the rooms. Check google for photos.
It's this to honest? If so why bother asking for a review.

Our room had cockroaches crawling around. We left a day early because of this. We asked for a refund for the day and the manager informed us that we would have to get that from our booking service, in our case, *******.
