We loved all of the different activities that the resort had to offer. We loved that you could go back and forth between the two resorts.
What we didn't like was that you had to pay for certain things that we felt should've been included in the resort fees. For example, the front row beach cabanas and the chairs that were closer to the ocean. We liked that the resort set up "rainy day" activities but did not like that there was more cost involved in some of those.
Our room was nice with a nice view and comfortable beds. However, our couch was not in great shape. There was an iron burn/mark on one of the cushions and a pretty good size hole in one of the arms of the couch. I feel like the resort should have had that taken care of before another guest stayed in that room as it gave a perception of an unkempt room in an otherwise nice hotel.

We liked the size of the resort. I never felt like we were surrounded by people, and everything was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and made adding an additional night to our stay very easy, ensuring we didn't have to switch rooms. Our favorite- the cabana included with each room! It was a great beach experience.
The only thing we didn't really like were the prepaid Visa cards. They became tough to use if you didn't know exactly how much was on your card because the staff couldn't tell.

Our room was a mess. Our hairdryer didn’t work nor did our shower. Was only given 2 towels for a 5 person room . Had to call for bedding and pillows

I liked that there were two properties that you had access too. If I was staying longer, I would book a better room than just a standard room. We were only there for two nights, so didn't really get to explore all of the property. The property has plenty to do and many options for dining. It is also close to many other restaurants.
What I liked least was, the room we stayed in had a refrigerator that froze our water and soda. The shower was also hard to turn on and off. The shower nozzle was already pulled out and you had to keep turning it until it would turn on and the same for turning it off. You could also hear your neighbors like they were right next to you.

We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the front desk check in was. This place is family friendly with lots of activities for everyone!

Our reservation was screwed up. I booked another night and when we checked into the resort this reservation was combined with the existing reservation. We went out and about on Wednesday, only to come back locked out of our room for 45 minutes. Staff kept telling us we checked out, when in fact we didn't they finally found our other reservation. They weren't empathetic. We feel as if we got screwed. This was supposed to be a great girls week get away, instead it turned into an utter annoyance. I won't book through ******* again if I can help it or stay at RumFish.
