Pros: great Bongos restaurant outside with friendly servers. Nice beach. Clean room at checkin.
Cons: POOR room service. We were there a week, only had one day of sheet/towel change. Had to go find service cart in the hall to get more coffee, water, towels.
Our room door did not shut properly. We had to pull it hard and double check to see if it latched.
You can only watch TV while lying in bed due to how room is arranged. Also couch was not very comfortable.
No microwave.

Great beach and walkable to restaurants, bars, convenient stores etc. Great staff. AMAZING sunset!!!
This is trivial but I wish they gave free coffee refills when paying $5.00 a cup.

Great Experience, some of the nicest staff we have encountered in Florida. John and Vanessa are awesome bartenders! Very fun place, tons to do in the area, and many walkable shops and restaurants. We will DEFINITLY be back!

We always stay at this hotel, service is great everybody’s always very helpful. The balconies look out at the water, no matter which side you’re on and the beach is beautiful

The location is absolutely perfect! Great dining on site and close to everything St Pete has to offer. The resort is beautifully decorated,
And nothing beats watching the sunset from the private beach. All of the staff were very friendly and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
