A well located hotel with bar, restaurant and garden. Credit due to the friendly staff team, and compliments to the (excellent) chef. Having experienced 2 rooms I’d advise considering the sea view. Not so much for the view itself (weather was too bad to benefit from a view this time) but for the mattress. We extended our trip by a night but were moved to a standard room, as there was a £35 surcharge to extend our stay in the original room where our holiday started. The downgraded room was identical to the one we began our trip in, other than window facing the other way and an inferior mattress - very soft so not great slept in that one. Given the hotel was not busy (due to the weather and ferry disruption) it’d have been five stars plus if we’d been offered our original room when we stayed on. Spent a lot of money there on dinner, several nights of bar, etc, so that would have been an ‘exceeding expectations’ opportunity. Otherwise a nice find, nice team and central location. Slight gradient uphill coming home, but overall good value, and well cleaned.

A lovely place to stay. The staff are superb. The meals ( especially dinner) were the best we had on the Island. It is well located and good car parking for little cars. We will stay again and recommend to everyone. The rooms are typical hotel rooms and the public spaces are stunning.

Wonderful stay at Pandora hotel in st Peter's port. It's spotless and so comfortable with great, service -friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious with a lovely aspect. Bedding was comfortable and huge white fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The gardens are beautiful and the terrace served well priced drinks and food. I would love to stay again. Thank you to all the hardworking staff and management team.

We had a meal in the bar, the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and the staff came out with a Brownie and a candle and Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate and sung Happy Birthday to me, they made me feel special. The food was excellent. We had a complimentary glass of wine.

We decided on The Pandora as our usual hotel was fully booked, so glad it was, as we fully enjoyed our 3 nights in this lovely establishment, on entering the decor is befitting of what I would consider to be a once gentleman's residence, with tasty period style furniture and large comfy sofas, in this hotel nothing seems to much trouble by friendly staff, our bedroom had an enormous comfy bed and good views over towards the islands. The breakfasts were a good selection and would fill you up for the day, unfortunately we had no other meals here as our nights were booked by our local friends and family, as to access to the hotel I am in advanced years [wont see 79 again] and found no trouble walking into town and back, but would not suit anyone with a disability. My wife and I will return at some time in the future and wish to thank you all for a wonderful 3 days.

Love this place. I have stayed there twice. Lovely staff, good food and room service available. Public areas are very nice . Standard rooms have everything you need, and for real treat book an executive suite. The room of Victor Hugo's friend/secretary is quite special. Barman will make you a bloody Mary. I just wish the had Guinness on tap, not just in cans

I found the room and the hotel and staff very helpful and super food at a good price with a good selection of alcoholic+ drink's. The garden was magnificent and the decoration of the rooms and general areas was of a good standard. My Breakfast was super tasty and good strong beverages.

We enoyed our week at The Pandora, all the staff were helpful and friendly, our newly-decorated room was very comfortable and the restaurant food and service were excellent. The lovely gardens were much enjoyed. An easy walk for us into the town too. The fact that there are stairs to the main entrance and down to the dining room was not a problem for us but people with reduced mobility should be aware.

Stayed at the Pandora for four nights, Dev looked after our needs nothing was too much trouble, very warm and friendly staff, the food was to a really good standard as was our accommodation, the gardens are beautiful with some loverly views of St Peter port, the lounge area’s where very relaxing with big comfortable sofas and plenty of space also a great bar.we walked up and down to the harbour at least twice a day about ten minutes, it’s fairly steep in parts but keeps you fit, overall good value for money warm and welcoming would not hesitate to recommend the Pandora hotel.
