The property was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and being able to walk to eat.

My 17 year old daughter and I LOVED the Mint House! It was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for that price point! It was clean and modern, had a beautiful full kitchen with coffee/tea, washer/dryer, TV with Apps to watch anything we wanted and the balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool was perfect and relaxing! I am telling everyone about this place! And we loved the walkable shops, restaurants and bikes to rent!

Only 2 hour parking available during specific times of the day. It was located in a great spot for activities but constantly having to leave what I was doing just to move my car was frustrating. There is valet parking but there's only 3-4 spots and it's very expensive. The property wasn't as cleaned as well as I had hoped and found several dead bugs in the bathroom and even on the bed, along with stains on the floor that didn't seem like they had been touched. My thermostat didn't work so the room was freezing and the bed was right under the vent and the cold air would wake me up in the night. Otherwise it was a very cute property but just needed better taken care of, and a designated parking lot

I appreciated the newness of the property, and the minimalistic design. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen and bath were well stocked with supplies and products. The desk personnel are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great experience for both my stays and I will look to see about this spot next time I’m in town.

Parking is clearly an issue. Valet reservations are strongly encouraged. There is very little parking otherwise.

Property is great and the employees are so helpful and kind. Rooms are fairly spacious, having a kitchen and balcony is great and there are really close restaurants to walk to. Parking is a big challenge unless you spend $35.00 on valet. Quick drive to St. Pete beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Mint House! Came into town for the St.Pete Grand Prix and the location was fantastic. Very easy to get places, we either walked or hopped on the bus. There were dining options nearby and our stay lined up with a local market one of the mornings. Room was very clean and was stocked with most things we needed. The pool is right along the sidewalk and gets some traffic looking into the pool area, wasn't overly private but didn't bother us much. We heard through talking to some people the hotel was an official sponsor for the GP, so wish there had been more communication about that when we booked or when we arrived. Overall enjoyed our stay, would stay here again
