The hallway smelled of smoke. The couch in the room had many stains on it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The parking spots are very small. They hardly had any handicap spots.

Air conditioning was malfunctioning and making loud noise. Furniture in the room was very dirty, stains on couch, and chairs. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Perfect location. Check in was easy. Parking was included and that’s always a plus considering most places charge an arm and a leg. Close to everything.

Conveniently located across the street from Tropicana field. Local restaurants within walking distance. Solid complimentary breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Walking distance to Tropicana field. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had some odd choices, but nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again.

Was there for my aunts 89/80th birthdays. They accommodated us with such friendly care! If we requested extra time/needs, they were so kind to fulfill our needs

They charged me twice and I needed to call to cancelled the second debit.
Also, the parking lot was very busy, limited spots to park!

The hotel was a good value.
The hallway rugs need to be replaced, along with room 517 couch.
Staff was warm, friendly, helpful, and worked very hard.
The lady serving the breakfast buffet was incredible. She was warm & friendly while working at warp speed to replace food items and keep the area clean!!!
