Das Menü sah uns " langweilig" aus. Wir haben à la carte gegessen. Die Vorspeise wurden uns schon serviert als wir gerade mit unserem Aperitif angefangen hatten. Die Toast für mein Foie Gras ( Gänse Leberpastete) wurden mir gebracht nachdem ich nicht mehr darauf warten wollte und schon mit Brot attakiert hatte. Meine " Taube" wurde mir weniger als Rosé serviert. Ein Glück, dass es mit meinem Geschmackt gepasst hat. Da wurde mir bei der Bestellung nicht nach meinem Garwunsch gefragt. Da die Dessert uns nicht verlockend/ versprechend erschienen und wir bei der Bestellung uns, wegen " fait maison" entscheiden mussten, haben wir gefragt ob wir uns für die Käse Option später entscheiden könnten. Es war möglich ! Nachdem wir mit unsere Hauptspeise fertig waren, wurde uns nicht gefragt ob wir dann Käse wünschen, sondern direkt nach Kaffée gefragt. Wir haben auf Käse verzichtet. Einziege Positiv war die große und interessante Weinkarte. Unsere Flasche St Emilion wurde jedoch leider nicht kandiert !!

En plein milieu des Vosges, restaurant coquet,délicieux, des plats soignes et originaux avec des produits locaux :un regal. Service agréable . Il faut vouloir y aller mais on ne regrette pas . Signalé par Michelin et heureusement. C'est mérité

Le cadre agréable, un repas très raffiné, avec de la recherche, des bons produits très frais. Des saveurs, du goût. Une belle présentation. Un dessert délicieux. Un service attentif. Il y a un excellent cuisinier et une excellente pâtissière en cuisine.

Hôtel confortable avec un bon équipement sanitaire, mais il est difficile d'y accéder : les badges d' accès sont d' un maniement complexe , sauf pour les ingénieurs de la NASA.
