Un repas gastronomique nous avait été offert pour un anniversaire dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles. Champagne en apéritif, mise en bouche, puis trois plats succulents tant par la présentation que par le goût, café et mignardises pour clore. Ce fut un enchantement. A fréquenter pour un événement car budget non négligeable!!! Le personnel est aux petits soins avec gentillesse.

Hôtel avec beaucoup d atout le restaurant très bon cuisine très raffinée et on se régale à tous les plats Le personnel est très professionnel et très attentionnés il n’y a rien à dire bravo à l équipe La chambre et c est là où ça devient compliqué trop vieillot et surtout la moquette au sol pas beaucoup d éclairage très sombre et un petit balcon et non une terrasse Nous remercions la directrice de l hôtel qui as sût nous écouter Merci encore

We werden er allerhartelijkst ontvangen. Philippe heeft een deel van z’n leven in Florida doorgebracht dus z’n Engels is perfect. Ons bezoek was voor een nacht op een zondag. We waren dus blij eerder een supermarkt te hebben gevonden zodat we gebruik konden maken van de keuken in onze ruime kamer. We vonden het geen goed idee om in de zeer hoge temperatuur naar Saint Rémy te lopen. De auto gebruiken na rosé gebruik is zeker niet onze gewoonte. Ons appartement met afgesloten tuin was in orde. Het lijkt ons een prima verblijf voor langere tijd om vandaar uitstapjes in de Provence te maken. Parkeren konden we in de koele parkeergarage. De procedures waren eenvoudig en dus plezierig.
