Séjour de 2 nuits dans ce magnifique établissement très bien situé au cœur de St Veran
Accueil très agréable et attention particulière pour chaque client
Piscine, restaurant, petit déjeuner, bar : vue imprenable et calme environnant
Jolies chambre et salle de bain , confort parfait pour le repos post randonnée
Seul bémol pour le restaurant avec une carte limitée et peu de spécialités de la région. (Mais nous y avons très bien dîné)

Hôtel bien situé, mais les installations ne sont pas disponibles correctement.. piscine avec robot dedans.. et hammam/sauna pas allumés à plus de 9h du matin... donc la piscine extérieur fermées également.. un peu dommage.
J'avais envoyer un mail pour une demande spéciale et il n'a pas été ouvert jusqu'au moment où je devait faire mon check-out.. pas très respectueux...
De plus dans la chambre il y avais des toiles d'araignées au plafond..
Un bon séjour mais je reviendrai pas de sitôt quand même...

Nouvelle équipe en place depuis la veille, bon accueil, arrangement concernant le type de réservation via un site intermédiaire, entretien de la salle de bain à revoir (mauvaise évacuation de l'eau dans la cabine de douche car nettoyage non fait) et chaleur du Hammam non adaptée (le cycle se remettait en marche dès l'ouverture de la porte et sensation de brûlure sur la peau !😩)
Petit déjeuner au Top
Nous reviendrons dans qq mois pour évaluer les améliorations ! 😉
