Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from U***and and his amazing team at the ***or Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at ***y luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the ***or club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the ***ir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

Had wonderful stay wit family. Thanks to the great team and special thanks to Charan Kotian for assisting us during our stay. Even kids have so much options to keep themselves busy. It’s place to be if you need to find perfect balance of nature and sea 🌊. Must visit.

I was given a room which was very unclean and was shocked to notice a lizard ! There was hair on the bathroom floor ! After I complained the duty ***ager got my room changed after keeping me waiting for almost one hour ! The room I then got was also very unclean and toilet was stinking like a public toilet ! The bedsheets had stains and carpet was also stained and dirty. Although I am a Bonvoy member and a frequent visitor to St Regis Goa the service treatment given by duty ***ager was pathetic ! I continued to stay in the dirty room as I had to checkout early the next morning. The hotel refused to even waive the room charges despite the pathetic experience! I have stayed in this property when it was Leela but I find a serious deterioration of hygiene, service, spread of buffet, customer service etc.

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay.

Lovely experience. Great pool. Clean beach. Nice restaurants. Abhijeet butler was very helpful to say the least. Jonathan also was very good. Shall visit soon again with family. Spa Roma madam was also helpful. Overall a great stay and nice location

The best part of the hotel is hands down the staff. They’re exceptional polite and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would like to give a special mention to the staff and the kids recreation room - ***eesha, Mamesha and the restaurant staff Harsh, Nitesh, Dev, ***isha and Chandini.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. We had an upgrade to the fantastic suites that was spectacular. The property itself is very private and exquisite. The service by all staff was very personal and professional without being stuffy. In the restaurant, everyone was super attentive . Special mention to Paul and chef Sri. We were blown away when Chef Santosh made special dishes for us when we asked for tender jackfruit. Kudos to them. We were also treated with ***goes daily , once they knew we enjoyed it. The butlers assigned to us helped plan my Mothers 87 th B day and My Brother in laws 50 th BDAY on the beach beautifully. Thank you Ajano and Lila! We also had a special treat with Mr Mario taking us on a tour of the vegetable and spice garden . Special mention to all the Golf cart /Buggie drivers who attended to us promptly, since my mom had a hard time walking, with always a smile on their face. This was one of my best vacations and would recommend this resort who***eartedly. The beach is extraordinary and away from the hustle and bustle of North Goa. Some parts of the buildings may need some updating including beach umbrellas that is showing some expected wear and tear, to keep up with international St . Regis standards. Kudos to the entire team and Thank you very much for a lovely time at the resort and you impeccable personalized service
