Je n'ai vu personne pendant les 4 jours de mon séjour. Absolument personne, ni réceptionniste, ni propriétaire, ni personne de ménage. Ni bonjour, ni merci, ni au-revoir, ni la chambre faite, ni rien du tout. Au moins, je n'ai pas été embêté. Ah si, un joli lot de mouches mortes. Si vous aimez les mouches mortes, cet hôtel est fait pour vous.

Propreté de la chambre "approximative",personnel peu aimable,resto fermé ("ya plus de personnel") bref métier d'hotelier à revoir completement .On a l'impression de déranger....

Hotel fréquenté lors d'un week-end en couple, la chambre était propre et la literie confortable. Hotel à l'extérieur de Salers avec parking au calme. Nuits très agréables petit déjeuner conforme au standard des hotels. Nous pourrons y revenir sans problème.

Vu personne de l’hôtel: j’ai été prévenue par SMS du numéro de la chambre et que la clé était à l’intérieur. Idem pour mon départ (réception fermée)
Le coin mini bar, évier et cafetière était fermé par un volet roulant et non accessible alors que ce service est mentionné sur le site officiel de l’hôtel. J’en déduis que les clients d’hôtels.com ne bénéficient pas du même accueil.

Très bonnes prestations dans cet hôtel, Situation, qualité des chambres, décoration, propreté, qualité des repas et du petit déjeuner.
Accueil de très grande qualité par la personne qui vous reçoit, vous fait à manger, vous prépare les chambres, fait le ménage, elle en fait beaucoup plus que de nombreux propriétaires le sourire, les petites attentions, les bons mots et la beauté en prime. Bravo
