Its an experience u will search everywhere,in every other hotel/ resort. So much thought has been put into everything.,right from their toiletries,to take me home pouches,cotton totes,to merchant of seas tea. Cleanliness is like An OCD persons dream- that meticulously taken care of. From their rooms,to food ,to the ambience,the surrounding -Its etched in our hearts forever. Postcard spoils u,u can never find such a team who paid attention to our smallest of needs and even before we could ask them,things were done for us. The food is so amazing,that u can feel the chef needs an applause 👏 .Their cocktails out of this world. SAHAJ and his team put their heart and soul to make it an unforgettable experience for me. Take a bow Team Postcard and Mr Chopra - you have a winner in your endeavour and I m sure to visit soon again. If I could I would rate Postcard 20/10 with all stars 🌟✨🌟✨🌟 Not even a Seven star hotel has given me this treatment and experience that team Postcard has. I would recommend every one put there that if you can u Should visit Postcard Saligaon.

It was easily one of the best experiences i've had in my life. The attention to detail through the course of the stay - pre, during and post was absolutely top notch. Besides the well curated menu, guest experience, excellent property, the team running the show were phenomenal. I must say that i've finally come across a hotel brand that is driving loyalty the organic way. P. S - sahaj, shikha, mukul, ajay - thank you for making the visit of ours special. Cheers!

Comparing this hotel to the typical 5-star brands doesn't do it justice, as it offers a completely unique concept. From the moment you arrive, it feels like your personal villa, with a team dedicated to your every need. The personalized experience here is unparalleled; you truly don't have to worry about anything. For instance, renting a car can often be a hassle in India due to miscommunication and paperwork, but the hotel staff made it seamless. We received the keys without bureaucracy and were on our way quickly. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team: Shikha, for managing every detail and ensuring a smooth experience. Ankit, for taking care of our dining arrangements. Stephen, for becoming a beloved friend to our six-month-old boy. Chef Rohit, for preparing amazing food tailored to our tastes. The Postcard group has set the benchmark for great quality service and hospitality. It’s premium in every aspect - the thoughtful properties, the carefully curated food, the freedom of checking in and out whenever and the warm ambience that the staff create for you. It’s the little things that make a difference - example, I don’t have to ask for room service, when I’m back to the room, it’s already taken care of. They create a home away from home, without compromising on the conveniences of a hotel. Shikha, Sahej and team are doing an amazing job at the Postcard Saligao. Can’t wait to visit again!

You just fall in love with this place and the staff! Amazing hotel, attention to detail at a different level, the best staff I have ever seen in any hotel, they know how to pamper and take care of you. Loved it - special thanks to Shikha Nainwal ji from the postcard team, Manish Pandey from the day shift team and Kishore from the night shift - just FANTASTIC. Everything is just perfect.

Amazing property n best in class service. Everything was perfect from hospitality to food to luxury. Shikha and her team were always available and took care of every minute detail. I am writing this as I enjoy a quiet sunny afternoon with family at the Postcard Sialgao Below are the reasons why this has been such a refreshing experience. An easier way to summarize and I had to use this analogy 😀 would be to think of service from Oberoi but better. 1.Personalization: Offering personalized experiences tailored to individual guest preferences, such as remembering special occasions or providing customized amenities. 2.Anticipation: Anticipating guests' needs before they even express them, whether it's providing bespoke options or offering dining recommendations. 3.Empowerment: Empowering staff to make on-the-spot decisions to resolve issues and delight guests, rather than adhering strictly to protocols. 4.Innovation: Introducing innovative services and amenities that enhance the guest experience, such as pre check-in, e-communication , concierge services, or unique experiential offerings. 5. Consistency: Ensuring a consistent level of service excellence across all touchpoints and departments, from front desk interactions to housekeeping standards. 6.Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking feedback from guests and implementing changes based on their suggestions to continuously improve service quality. 7.Surprise and Delight: Go above and beyond, personalize service, gestures to delight the guests. 8.Empathy: This one is critical. Empathize with the guests, understand their perspective. Show genuine concern, find solutions that meet their needs. Also don’t want do disservice by missing out any names thus not mentioning the names here, however every single person at the property is compassionate, professional and ready to go above and beyond.

We stayed at the Postcard, Saligao on our vacation to Goa in February and were absolutely floored by the property, its warmth and hospitality. The Postcard is a quaint little 5 room property absolutely apt for what we were looking for.. some quiet time from our otherwise busy lives. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, pleasant and prompt. The food was also outstanding. A special ‘Thank you’ goes to Shikha Nainwal, the resort manager, who was so forthcoming about everything right from the start… from making our anniversary special with the lovely decor and cake in the room to all the bookings and re bookings 😊 that she did for us at all the various restaurants all around Goa. It was our first time at any Postcard property and it will indeed be one to remember for a long time to come. Thanks once again Shikha and team for making our get away to Goa special and memorable.
