H10 Salou Princess

Our check in was quick and easy. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean had a fridge hairdryer toiletries are provided in the room. Our room looked into the main road which wasn’t a problem. Beds comfy and made every day. We were 1/2 board the food was good plenty of choice even the fussiest would find something to eat. Pool area was kept clean and tidy with a nice adults only sunbathing area. We had no negative issues while we were there. Great hotel in a good location 2 minutes from the beach.

Great hotel and all staff so helpful beautiful weather and so much to explore wish we could of stop longer

We are currently on holiday in H10 Salou Princess. If like me you have read lots of miss matched reviews before your stay please be reassured this is a positive one! We upgraded to a pool view which is great, the rooms appear to have been newly decorated and are very clean! The only negative is the bathroom does not seem to match the newly decorated rooms and are in need of some TLC however despite this it’s still extremely clean! The cleaning of the hotel appears to be top notch, we went down to breakfast one morning and the whole downstairs reception was being cleaned top to bottom, which seems to be a daily thing! great to see! The pool area is only small and although you do get the usual dash to reserve beds there are still plenty available! You aren’t allowed to reserve beds until 9am! There does seem to be a mad dash to get favourite spots, personally I don’t mind as long as I get the sun. Lastly food, yes it is buffet food and as you expect it may appear to be the same nightly however it’s been lovely so far, lots of choice and good variety.

Cannot praise this hotel enough -great location all staff we met where friendly pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and the most comfortable beds ever. Great choice of food and I am a fussy eater but even I had multiple choice everything was well cooked, hot and presented well. Must congratulate all dining room staff as on anumber of nights it was very busy but everything was well organised and calm they all worked extremely hard shout out to waitress Maria who always met us with a lovely smile. Enjoyed all the entertainment both in the hotel lounge and Legends bar. Will defo be returning again Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable well done team Salou Princess keep up the good work Hope to see you all again soon

2nd time at this hotel and fab ad ever, just a couple of comments, but 1st want to say how fantastic the front of house lady that is there most early mornings is, must get her name on next trip, nothing is too much trouble for her and she is a credit to jet 2 on both of our trips and also Daniel in the bar is just great. Best Expresso martines in Spain! very clean and close to everything. the only problems we had is bathroom outdated, a walk in shower would of been more practical. last year we were by the main road and tv had alot more channels and radio, this time we were around the side and had 8 channels and only one English was bbc news, and last one the list of acts this was changed the next day last year, this year was all changes on Monday so did not know what acts on the same day! and thought Tuesday was abba but was the beatles nothing major but good to know what's on daily! but now looking for another trip so see you in September!

Santi as always has good service saul from the pool services 100% cool, Montse and toni really good however the new manager had let me down and i was really disapointed with his services dont think Will be coming back just for the service off him

Just back from 6 nights at this hotel. Wasnt sure what to expect as there weren't any recent reviews at time of booking. I chose the all inclusive meal plan and took a risk there if the food wasnt good. OMG...the food was amazing. Such a variety. it was the best decision ever. No faffing around trying to go out and get lunch. It meant for us we maximised our time on holidays. The hotel is spotless, the entertainment was really good. When we went, the age profile was a little bit older but we didnt mind that. It meant the hotel at night was lovely and quiet. Im sure that will all have changed now as younger people go on holidays. Alondra, the entertainment Rep was so lovely. Got people involved, was great to ask any questions to, and was just so nice. They had lots of stuff on during the day. I even played Boules (?). I would give the food 9/10. Only one thing that let the hotel down and that was lack of attention to the ***** bathrooms, just tissue bins overflowing. Also the drinks measures could be hit and miss. some of the bar staff lacked personality. We paid for the upgraded room which was small, and in a really bad position in the hotel. when I asked was I actually in an upgraded room I was advised, it was the new furniture and the fact we had slippers/robe. I am not sure if it was worth the upgrade to be honest. We both agreed that we would certainly go back for sure, hopefully by end of year. PS...If you only go B n B, there is a fab bright, clean supermarket literally right beside the hotel.

This Hotel has a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants shops all you might want .The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was very nice I asked to be moved if possible to room with a balcony with a pool view.and this was no problem receptionist was very helpful. I had booked BB the food was very nice and great choices .I booked in foe dinner on a couple of nights and it was very good food and great choices at super value. The bar had live entertainment every night very enjoyable. Bar staff very good and pleasant. The pool was of great size for all users but very cold but I that didn't stop me enjoying it daily The animation girl was a pure joy always happy and as helpful as possible she was great

First time in a H10 hotel. Warm welcome on arrival with good instructions regarding meal times/layout of hotel.All meals had great variety/quality and presentation- food was hot and the staff worked great together making sure that tables were cleared and available so there was no long waits to be seated. Room was clean, comfortable beds, toiletries available along with toothbrush pack/tissues/combs etc. Only fault was we found the shower to go from warm to scalding regularly so watch out for children not to get burned.Cleaners appeared everyday and room was fresh on return. Good location in town. 100% recommended. Thank you for a good holiday all staff great.
