Ładne, czyste i centralne apartamenty. Cudowny personel, trochę głośno ze względu na pub na dole i brak suszarki do włosów itp., ale można je wypożyczyć w recepcji! W pokojach z korytarzem może być głośno, ale idealnie na tanie i wesołe wakacje w Salou ✨

Los apartamentos están bastante bien, lo encontramos limpio y está bien ubicado. Las camas estan bien se puede decir que son comodas, si quieres cocinar tienes que comprar las cosas para después limpiar ( valleta, estropajo y jabon). Por lo demás todo bien, El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable.

La gente de recepción era muy amable. El único problema que nos hemos encontrado es que el frigorífico estaba muy deteriorado.

Apartahotel muy básico. La piscina tiene pocas tumbonas y comparten bar con los apartamentos de al lado. El del alojamiento está cerrado y el parking excesivo 17 € diarios. Mejores opciones reservando con antelación

I went for a 4 night stay wanted somewhere cheap as it was just me, my partner, my sister and her partner. Was abit cautious as the reviews was abit hit and miss but I always judge for myself. And i enjoyed it couldn't fault really. Couldn't check in till 4 and the ladie at checkout was abit rude but the man who delt with us Gabriel was 10/10 helpful throughout our full stay it was £200 deposit which should be stated when booking but we got it back the day after we returned home and the room was fine. Standered as to be expected with the price but there was everything we needed and could tell it had being cleaned so there wasn't no problems at all.also a shout out to the barman in the hotel didn't catch his name but he's a total sweetie. Ladies toilet in bar needs a look at was clean but no toilet seat had to use gents🤣 😀

Absolutely awful place to stay, from the transfer on arrival to the day we left the hotel. We arrived around midnight and was greeted by the reception staff which was fine after being dumped outside a hotel by our transfer driver with no directions as to where our hotel was, but we eventually found it. After checking in, we went to our room, and found there were no facilities to make a brew - yep no kettle. Which it states in the list of items in the apar**ent that there would be one, so off I trot to reception and I'm told I have to pay 13 euros to rent a kettle for the week (for a travel size one at that). Not a great start. So the following morning we got up to have a shower only to find we have nothing but hand towels - really!!! So off to reception again I went and they wanted 2 euros a day for larger towels, I said stuff that I'll use my beach towel instead because as with the kettle, the towels were supposed to have been provided. Saturday morning (early hours) the fire alarm went off in the hotel so some of us guests came outside to be safe, there were no signs for directions to the fire escapes and no one from the hotel about to check that the guests were out of the building and accounted for, an absolute joke. The patio doors on our apar**ent were not secure and wouldn't lock properly, the socket in the bathroom to plug the hairdryer in was hanging off the wall, the wiring for the extractor fan over the cooker rings was dodgy, we then had a flood in our apar**ent from under the kitchen sink, so they said they would move us to the apar**ent next door after I complained about the flood in ours. The one they moved us in to had no electricity and the patio doors on that one didn't even close . So all in all not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, I would recommend that Love Holidays get one or two of their reps out there to stay at the apar**ents so they can sell the holidays honestly and big them up to be better than they are. Because that has been the worst place ever that me and my partner have stayed in. Salou itself is a lovely place to visit both in the new and old town. The weekly market was fun to look at too.But a note to anyone looking to book this aparthotel DON'T BOOK IT, save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere please 🥺🥺🥺

Honestly by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are rude and completely useless. When they say it’s self catering they mean that. Had to pay a £150 deposit for the room and had to take care of everything including our rubbish. The office is shut between 1-4 for we waited 3 hours to check in. I would not recommend for anyone to waste there money on this disgusting place

Ive been on holiday many times and never have experienced a hotel quite like this. Worst I've ever stayed in the staff are very rude and don't care whether your happy or not. Also when we arrived we had to pay €100 deposit for the both of us when the room itself isn't even worth that! Absolutely shocking i will never be returning to salou ruined my holiday! The rooms are dirty and very simple you get 1 toilet roll to last you otherwise you have to pay and no extra towels the floors are dirty the noise is ridiculous do not stay here its not worth it!!!
