The Little Guesthouse

停車方便，户外花園很漂亮，就是房間偏小，不大通風，儘管有個戴森風扇，但還是有點悶。早餐很豐富，而且樓下的酒巴開放，茶水、咖啡、蛋糕免費供應，服務也好！

This is a charming little guesthouse about 15 min walking from the historic pedestrian zone of Salzburg. The rooms are extremely clean, well-appointed and the hosts are gracious and go out of their way (including changing a rental car key fob for a panicked traveler)! The breakfast is yummy and I’d HIGHLY recommend!!! Five stars!

i am writing this review because Miss Constance gave soysauce to me as she said. actually her breakfast doesnt hv soysauce but i told her, at home i always has boiled eggs with maggi, so she promised to bring me the next day and she did. i just want to say , owner here takes care customer like friends or relatives who come to visit her, so try once if you never hv this experience . i wil go back again if i go to salzburg. thank you.

A perfect stay from the moment we checked into to the moment we checked out. Owners very welcoming and interested in your plans with an easy conversation over breakfast each morning. Advice on hand if needed. Breakfast was really first class. Bedroom was comfortable, good shower and strong internet. Easy 15 minute walk by the river into city, safe walking late at night. I recommend the Little Guesthouse unreservedly.

This is a beautiful little bed and breakfast, impeccably clean and well run. Pros, spotless, quiet, breakfast is ample( loved the offer to make soft boiled eggs). Safe, clean neighborhood. Giant bathtub for 2. Cons: I want to preface this by saying we’re from the US . If I was local, I’d come here for romantic weekends but we were using it as a base for sightseeing. If you’re not familiar with the area, this is a difficult place to find and a long walk20-25 minutes) from the start of the historic district. It’s in a residential area so not really close to many restaurants except by car. Our major complaint was the bedding. The mattress was great but only one type of pillow(flat, feather) was available. Plus the bed was styled traditionally Austrian with 2 small single down comforters, no top sheet or lighter blanket. This is ok if you’re Austrian but if you’re advertising to other cultures it would be nice to have other bedding options available, firmer pillow option, top sheet or lighter blanket. I literally was up 10 times a night either too hot or the comforter was on the floor. Additional bedding is an easy, cheap fix and would take it to a 6 star lodging in my opinion as everything else there was top notch.

I picked this guesthouse for a week's holiday in Salzburg on the strength of all its other reviews, and I honestly don't think we could've found anywhere better. It's in a quiet, leafy suburb of the city, with the center a short walk away down the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and when we staggered in at 8am off the night train they gave us coffee in the garden and stored our bags until check in, while we went off to explore the city. Our room and bathroom was comfortable and clean (cleaned daily) with a nice view over the neighbours' gardens. The guesthouse garden itself is beautiful - a perfect place for breakfast on sunny mornings, which we were lucky to have a week of. Breakfast is a generous and fresh buffet, and the (free) coffee machine is available all day, along with cake. For alcohol there's an honesty bar. If you like cycling there are bikes to borrow, and the staff team can give tips on days out and travel (get a Salzburg card, they're good value!). I would absolutely stay here again, it was the most relaxed holiday we've had for a long time and that was thanks in large part to the Little Guesthouse.

Wonderful two night stay. Great location in a nice neighbor close to the river trail and a nice walk to town. Owners were accessible and visited with us at breakfast; helping with suggestions and tips. I wish we could have enjoyed the bikes but it was a bit too drizzly

My husband loved this spot because it had the casual friendliness of a youth hostel, but the comfort and cleanliness of a nice hotel. We enjoyed meeting other guests over breakfast and received great advice from the manager (owner?)

I absolutely LOVED my stay. I was made to feel welcome straight away when Tina greeted me (even though I was a little early for check in) and showed me where everything is. All the staff are so helpful. The breakfast is tasty with cereals, eggs, breads, pastried, salads etc and there is tea/coffee available all day. and cake! Plus there is a bar/fridge with very reasonably priced drinks. The garden is lovely - relaxing and quiet. The guesthouse is about 20mins walk from the start of all the action in the centre which I really liked. You can walk to the centre along the river or use one of the bikes the guesthouse will let you borrow for your stay. So easy. My room was a single on the top floor so it wasn't huge but I knew that in advance and the price reflected it. I found it cosy and not too hot (they give you a huge fan!). I enjoyed chatting to some of the other guests but there is no need to do this if you don't want to! Huge thanks to Tina for being so great. I will defintely stay here again if I can make it Salzburg for a follow up visit.
