very nice experience staying here. Very nice and tidy room, friendly reception, and wonderful breakfast! One of my best experience with 4-star hotels!

The room is big and clean upon check-in.
2nd day housekeeping staff did not sweep or clean much, very disappointed.
Otherwise the hotel is 5 minutes walk from train station and is a quiet relaxing hotel as compared to those near to train station

Perfect location, nice clean rooms, but horrible security and service.
They mistakenly gave access to my room to another guest so the other guest ended up opening the door on me. Then second time housekeeping also went in without knocking the door, and then the worst is the third time the housekeeping entered the room even though I have “do not disturb” hanged on the door without even knocking and no apologizing no nothing. Horrible privacy.
At check-in, staff forgot to give me back my ID so I called from the room ofcourse nobody answered so I had to go all the way down again to pick it up.

The hotel is pretty old. but it s reasonably clear room.our room is rather noisy as it is next to a construction site.

The good: Great location, service from reception and breakfast. Amenities available but didn’t get to use it.
Room for improvement: Rooms are dated and can use some refreshing. Room service takes time.

Next to Salzburg train station.
One situation; The housekeeping staffs after knocking without asking is anyone in the room, just open the door and try to get in.
Is happened two times, in spites my wife has gently remind not to do so the first time.
Limited foods choices in the restaurant.
The gym was great, reception staffs are helpful and friendly.
