The location of yeh hotel is great since it is located literally next to Salzburg train station. Room is clean and equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer and water boiler.

The location was good, right next to the central station and has Burger King, McDonald’s, Starbucks and a supermarket right underneath it. But the cleanliness of the shower was horrific. The housekeeping did a good job on the beddings but not in the showers and behind the sink for sure. Carpet shows aging too.

Same as previous travellers who stayed here before. We dont get any view for the room and its at 2nd level. Reception was quite rude when we asked if the hotel is full. He said you get the room of what you paid and not accommodating enough and no service at all. So stay at your risk. Location is good but maybe they know ppl will stay there no matter what. Housekeeping also like so-so

The hotel location is good . Reception is nice and friendly too. Too bad there is a heavy smoke smell in our room and the reception is unable to replace the room for us . But she is kind and polite enough to request the room service to change the pillow and bedsheet which were contaminated by the smoke smell

At time of chck in, bugs bites forfew of our friends. But quickly they sorted out the nxt day. Very efficient, friendly staffs. Thank you for listening to what we have mentioned. Keep it up.

Good location. Very near to train station and bus stop. But facilities are a bit old. Air conditioner is not good. Room make-up was not spontaneously provided even I stayed for 2 nights. A little bit disappointed.
