I have always stayed here with no problems. It’s been a little over a year that me and my family stayed. It is rundown with roaches crawling every the very small roaches on the bed and table. Obviously the hotel knows the problem that is going on . This is a health hazard and this place needs to exterminated or closed down for good.

I stayed the night and it was a very pleasurable stay. Very comfortable bed and even though it was New Year’s Eve it was relatively quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep.

Hotels overall is ok. The location to downtown and the river walk is good and convenient! It is walking distance to many places to eat and the Shannon Hospital.
Hotels overall is dated and could use some renovation.
Reasonable priced per night stay.

Old dirty carpet. Shower head at best is chest level and I am not tall. Mismatched towels that are navy gray or white and threadbare. Location was convenient but our room was like it has never been updated since 1960. A motel 6 would have been an upgrade by far!!

Really the indoor pool area. And the front desk personnel were friendly and courteous.

I thpught the breakfast buffet has 'slipped' from our previous stays. Eggs were terrible, sausage was edible but nothing like the time before. We didnt even go back to morning breakfast on the 2nd morning of our stay.

This place is a dump. Shame on ******* for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Our stay was just ok at best. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. Pillows were either hard or flat. It was just not a comfortable place to sleep. The toilet and sink area were clean but the bathtub I certainly wouldn’t bathe my child in, it was yellow and the “non slip” mat in the bottom was just a slick as the tub itself. Almost busted my rear getting in. The plus side was the staff was very nice, and helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked cool.

The pool area was very nice. Bed were old box springs. Rooms needed to update. Breakfast was not good. Most people didn’t eat it. We were booked for 3 nights and had to cancel because of room.

Stayed here several times. Easy access. Great staff. Always enjoy it. Great family friendly environment. Only complaint is upstairs, specifically dining area was really hot and muggy.
