Great hotel and will always stay here when in San Angelo!! The only thing this stay is the bathtub/shower squeaked very loudly when you stepped on it.

We've stayed here twice now, both times were great. Staff was very nice. Breakfast good.

Seems new, well kept. Breakfast offered almond milk as well as regular milk and had two options of scrambled eggs, cheese and no cheese. Being lactose intolerant, I very much appreciated this detail.

Room was clean and spacious. Pillows were too small. Breakfast buffet in the mornings was good. Choices of cold and hot items.

Check in was a breeze, friendly host who chatted with us. Made us feel welcomed and gave great suggestion for breakfast if we left before breakfast bar opened. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, the room quiet. We couldn't have asked for better. We will be back!

The room smelled terrible and not a place you would want to sleep. I tried to get another room but they gave me one that someone was already occupying. I had to find another hotel.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Each one always greeted me when I came in the front door. The grounds and interior were well-kept. Breakfast was also good.

Sink and tub did not drain, which was fixed LATE the next day. towels were not picked up, when asked, were delivered quickly. we were put in a room for the non- hearing and the light in the ceiling flashed ALLLL night long and there was nothing they could do about it. It really was very distracting\disturbing for both nights that we were there. The lady in the morning for breakfast was wonderful, along with 2 others with who's name escape me, were also very kind.
