Room smelled musty, had difficulty lowering the window shade.
My first thought was that no one had stayed on this room for a period of time.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

My room was terrible. It was a handicap room that was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The shower flooded the bathroom and into the room no matter what you did to try to stop it. There was not even a pen, piece of paper, or a table to accommodate guests. I left a day early due to the conditions and was not reimbursed.

nice hotel great location and great service but i must say the valet broke my driver side door handle that now i have to get fixed but besides that had a wonderful visit

Checking in to hotel was quick and easy. Walking distance to riverwalk,bars and dining. Only bad review i will leave is there valet, took 30 minutes to bring us our car. If i could i would have just gone over to lot and got the car myself.

Mikhah at the front desk was attentive, professional and kind. Jeremy, in the restaurant, made each morning fun! He was kind and personable. The breakfast was delicious! Hotel was clean and in a perfect, walkable location to The Alamo, RiverCenter Shopping complex (aquarium, Lego Discovery Land) and The Riverwalk. Yummy food in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean. The rooms were smaller than I expected. The tv signal was weak. Overall was a pleasant experience and recommend the hotel.
