Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Check in is very late in day. 4pm. Lobby is cute and remodeled but rooms are not. We got someone else’s 3AM wake up call but it was automated so we got to be awake for the rest of the night but someone else may have missed a flight. Asked for hour late checkout and the reply was “we aren’t doing any late checkouts” on a Sunday… an hour wait nec to get vehicle from valley but nothing seems busy. The room was meh, rust and run down. The “riverfront view” was mostly of a parking lot.

I like the convenience and location of the hotel. The staff is really nice. The property is dated and had surface repairs and updates. The halls are carpeted and the bathrooms are okay. I bring cleaning supplies so I don’t freak out too much if it doesn’t meet my standards. My view ****** too.

Very discouraged our room did not have a dresser as we were staying for 4 days.When we approached staff,very rude and dismissive.Eventually (hours later)got a new room which was awful on the 6th floor next to the door...very noisy and no windows. Pool was unavailable all week
Valet staff were amazing however!

The hotel is nice besides the dirty pillow case, clogged shower drain, unfinished paint in the room and lack of working heat. Check in staff was great, valets were grest until the final day while checking out when they required specific documentstion that was not required during the length of my stay. NOT RECOMMENDED
