There is no housekeeping at night. Only the receptionist was present. Very bad service.

Everything was fine from check in to check out. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast and easy. They do have a secured parking since it is a bit sketchy to park next to a bus stop with homeless people. Breakfast was also good with lots of options. My only complain is there is a bad odor from the mini fridge in the room and the smell sticks to the water botttle after it has been there for awhile. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a convenient location, close to my daughter's house. It is also clean, friendly, and easy parking.

The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. This was my first sales trip with my boss and I was very nervous-but they kept me comfortable and welcome! The coffee was great, the breakfast was awesome, shuttle was super convenient, the only complaint I have is what another guest mentioned-the noise does seem to travel in the hotel (flushing toilets, doors slamming, guests sometimes in the hallway)-but none of it was bothersome enough to keep me up at night, and I am an incredibly light sleeper.

Had reserved at a La Quinta down the road and was disappointed at the rooms. The first one had a water leak in the room and the other looked as if someone was trying to break in to the room. Therefore I decided to go with the Holiday Inn and it was 100X better service and cleanliness was on point. Would definitely recommend this hotel ton anyone and my future visits.

It was really good just wish they had different breakfast items then the same thing everyday our room was by the Highway so it was a little noisy other than that it was an awesome stay staff was amazing!!!!
