Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, hygiene, location, facilities, service, etc. Proximity to the River Walk is unparalleled as it is less than a 10min walking distance.

The staff was super friendly. When we got to our room, it was very cold so we put the heat on and set the temp. The AC kept blowing and went above temp. We tried to turn it off but, even on off it wouldn’t turn off. We called the front desk and they sent some immediately. Try as they must they couldn’t resolve the issue so they moved us in a better room.
We brought my Steam Deck so my gf and I can play Golf with Friends when we are done with our evening. The remote wouldn’t let us change to the input so we contact the front desk again. They provided us with a new remote and we were able to enjoy our gaming after a night out with our friends.
Breakfast in the morning was nice. Bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereal, pastry’s, biscuits, juice, coffee, etc.
Would definitely stay again. The service was amazing. 11/10.

They gave me the wrong type of room and when I asked for a reduction in rate, they started being rude to me.
The parking is limited and unsafe.
There was food left in the mini fridge from the previous guest.
The front desk person refused to give her name and hung up the phone on me.

Breakfast is very good and staff exceptionally well. Walking distance to Riverwalk (about 12 min). Parking is limited at the hotel but there are lots of parking areas nearby. Highly recommended.

This could be a nice hotel if they did some repairs. Some of the staff were wonderful going above what was required. However the some of the reception staff was rude. We were put on the 5th floor and the elevator only worked part of the time. When we checked in, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. The next room we were assigned had an air conditioner that would not turn off or down so the room was freezing.

Elevator was not working most of the time. I was on 5th floor. I have a bad leg and had to try to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. My leg has been in pain every since.

Parking area had only one entry/exit; got to the end of the SIX parking spots & had to reverse out (no turnaround rm). Had to park around the corner, unsure of my cars safety. Very limited lobby store; no meds. Elevator was labeled as "sick" and for guests to make sure door closes. 4th floor ice machine wasn't working. Rm 401 is surprisingly roomy. Shower head was covered in grit & grim causing extremely slow flow and there was a dirty (still wet) washcloth in the tub.
