Stayed for less than ten hours. Had to leave due to hotel staff putting my safety in jeopardy. Infuriating.

Estuvo muy buena la atención del personal, y el hotel es muy céntrico para mi beneficio ya que está a 20 minutos, el desayuno estaba bien y muy variado. Me gusto mucho y quedamos satisfechos. Volveremos pronto a pasar otra o varias noches

When I checked in, I was having a tough day and was crying. The front desk clerk noticed this while I was on the phone and came to bring me a tissue. It was such a genuine act of kindness and helped me get back on my feet. Room was lovely and shower had great pressure. My only gripe was the room was quite warm even at 65 degrees. Otherwise, the bar area was breathtaking. Reminded me of a Vegas hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The Restaurant staff were super friendly.
The room could use some upgrades. There wasn't a extra blanket. The carpet was dingy.
The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and of course friendly.
But overall we will return.

This was a nice place to stay to then be able to drive to the places we wanted to see in San Antonio. We appreciated that since they did not the type of room we booked originally, we were given access to free dining for the extent of our stay. Staff was friendly for our entire stay.

I feel like the price for this hotel is too much for what you get. The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small. You don’t even get a microwave. The room is clean but we got the club room and for the price I’m very disappointed. In the photos while booking the room it showed that it had a balcony and nope it didn’t. But overall it’s an average hotel. But sadly not it for us so we won’t be staying here again.

Great room. Not enough towels. 1 bath towel for 2 people. The floor towel was wet. The breakfast was really good. Quiet. Felt safe. Parking was secure
