This place was wonderful for my family of 6 , 4 adults 2 children. I never wanted to leave honestly. I'd deffinalty go back in a heart beat. We had fun in San antonio but the best time was spent relaxing at this hotel.

I booked a day in advance just so I could check in early morning when arriving all to find out they had canceled my reservation. Not once did they communicate with me to let me know it was being canceled even tho I payed for it in advance. Had to called ******* to have it resolved all to be able to check in close to 4PM. And to top it off I was still charged for both nights!

The hotel is in a good location next to 151 and 410. Very clean inside, with numerous food options close by.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was welcoming. The only problem we faced was no microwave in rooms. Also, there is no free breakfast if you're looking for that. There is construction very near by, but I did not hear a lot of noise. There is usually a parking fee. The pool and lobby lounge area is great!

The room had marks all over the carpet, lamps and the couch had huge stains on both sides of the cushion. One of the towels had a hair and stain on it. It looks like somebody just folded the towel after using it. Very disappointed, specially after seen that other people had a positive experience so I was very surprise of the gross condition of the room.

Room was dated and need of updates. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Cabinet trim was loose and hanging off the furniture. The sofa bed frame was bent and wouldn’t lay flat. We have stayed in many Marriott hotels and this one was definitely below standard when compared to other Marriott hotels.
