Great hotel, with shuttle to airport and from. Near mall, room has a bag of popcorn and coffee machine. They have toothbrush and toothpaste on request and gave me a check in at 2pm.

Would recommend this property, clean rooms and halls, soft beds and pillows and Dove brand toiletries which I love!!!

Loved the room, hate the shampoo and soap installed high on tub wall, not accessible for us bath takers, and then I saw a curly hair on the handrail:( otherwise so good…. Still recommend for families

Since the remodel, the hotel is much more welcoming and appealing. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect! Easy access to anything you might need or want to do.

This property is newer than the other Staybridge Suites location we've stayed at but was almost at capacity so it was much more crowded at breakfast and seemed a little more worn due to all the hustle and bustle. We appreciated the key card entry-only parking lot, quick elevators, quiet rooms, and very comfortable beds. The shower was frustrating as most of the water continued to pour out of the faucet, leaving the pressure very low, and the air conditioner was difficult to adjust and the living area was extremely cold. Since we were in town for the holidays and didn't spend much time in the hotel room, these weren't big issues but would have been more irritating for a longer stay. The appetizer and beverage service on Mon-Wed evenings was not available nor were daily cleanings due to the holidays - this was also the case at another Staybridge Suites over Christmas in case those amenities are important for future guests. The location is very central and convenient for anyone who needs a quick drive to/from the airport or North Star Mall, so while not a perfect hotel, it's a great deal for the price.

Property looks to have been under renovation. Our room was generally clean apart from one glass with lipstick on it. However, TV in the main area was not fitted and the smoke detector in the living area was covered with a grocery bag. Otherwise the property was clean, plenty of parking and convenient to downtown San Antonio and other areas such as Natural Bridge Caverns.

Maria was very helpful at check-in.... especially as requested no feather pillows due to allergies was not followed. Maria made the effort to correct this immediately even when housekeeping said I had to wait until the next day which is not acceptable. Exposure to feathers causes anaphylaxis for me and is not a good way to die. Please do not ignore when guests put in such a request relating to their physical health and safety.

This property surprised me with it's cleanliness and fresh pleasantly inviting atmosphere, for the price. Everything exceeded expectations except for parking for checkin being a bit awkward. Otherwise, they will be seeing me again soon!
