Building is excellent, but the housekeeping didn’t clean our room for the second day stay, we had to request clean towels and new toilet paper, no coffee, sugar etc

The trip was for my daughter’s birthday and there were seven of us in a two bedroom suite. It was very spacious and the kitchen was a plus with teenagers.

When we came in we didn’t even have a shampoo in the room and we saw hair on the floor in the bathroom. Looked like no one cleaned there((( The hotel itself is really old.

No waffle maker??? Serious??? Waffle makers are a must if the kiddos are to be happy.
I also was charged a large deposit upon check-in, even though room was pre-paid and have not recieved it back. Front desk said i would recieve it as soon as I checked out. 4 days later i have not recieved it.
Room was very comfortable and quite.

Excellent service, breakfast was pretty good, and the room itself was comfortable-especially the beds. The a c worked very well inside our room (105 tempurature that day). However, within the lobby and the 2nd floor hallway it was very warm.

They didnt clean up the room until the 5th day. My room wasnt cleaned on the four nights we stayed. They said yo tell them, but they said it was complimentary. So, I have to clean up My room. Better go to a rental.

This is were our family stay when we go to San Antonio. The location is very convenient to all events less then 15 minutes away. Love the idea that its a home away from home. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly.
