This hotel is recommended for those of us who travel for several days... you feel at home knowing that you have a kitchen

It was just okay. Was a bit surprised at the condition of the place for the price. Just felt old and a little run down. Towels didnt smell fresh, carpet was questionable. Bed and pillows were only okay. Again, nothing felt any where close to new or refreshed. For the duration of our stay, the AC was broke in the whole building.
The room was so warm and as far as i could tell the ac was never fixed. Luckily the desk had one last fan they gave to us but was not expecting no climate control. Was not offered any type of compensation. Trying to sleep in the warm windy room on a mildly uncomfortable bed was rough. Valet was $40 a night, which felt pricey for the area but they were very responsive and had the car ready whenever we needed. Walking distance to the alamo and river front.

We loved that the pool was open in December and heated. What a great surprise. Had an enjoyable time.

Bedbugs and bites all over. What more is there to say? We booked a 6 night stay and found bedbugs on night 3. We got our room switched. But never heard anything from anyone…even on checkout

Out of the two bathrooms- one had no hot water n 2nd one had hot water but water would not drain. Overall dirty rooms n bathrooms!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, one bathroom had NO hot water, the water was freezing making it unusable. In a 2 bedroom suite with 6 people we had to share one shower.

The staff was friendly. I would give it 5 stars. But I do think the parking is ridiculous forty dollars a day is too much. They give you no other optiother than park somewhere else. I believe that because at the cost of the room you should be able to park there.

Only gave a 2 for experience because would only get cold water. Could not take a warm shower especially while it was cold outside. Stayed in the 5th floor

The property is convenient to the Alamo and attractions. The room we stayed in had two bedrooms and two baths and a living room with kitchen set. All that was great but the furniture was worn out some of the drawers were broken and we had to call maintenance to get the hot water running in both bathrooms. Maintenance was quick to come fix it. We enjoyed our stay the staff was great but, the room could have been a little nicer for the price.
