Hotel was great, room was spotless and well appointed. Restaurant was "ok" but not much of a selection for food choices. Bar was very good, drinks were spot on and bartender was attentive. I would recommend the hotel, but would suggest going somewhere else for dinner.

The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The valet parking was a bit pricey but they were fast at retrieving your vehicle fairly fast. Well worth the $55 a night. Rooms were big and cozy. We stayed In a room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. However I put that we had 3 people staying and requested a king bed. I assumed the big comfy looking chair let out into a bed and it did not. Would have been nice to have known that. The room said it slept 3 people. Over all would definitely recommend

Booked a room with a terrace and river view but got a room without a terrace. Our room was not cleaned at all one day and rest of the stay cleaning was minimal. Location was good but would not book there again.

Great hotel in the heart of San Antonio, which means you have access to all interesting places in downtown. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was first class. One problem though: do not take room facing the street, especially during the weekend. You may be forced to join the street’s night live, instead of sleeping.

The Valet staff were Amazing! Bartenders were top notch. If you want to eat in the restaurant definitely be sure to make a reservation. Lovely Hotel!!!!

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very quiet, and it's right on the Riverwalk. Will stay here again.

Gave it a 4 star because the room was clean, valet and front desk were great. The only negative thing about this trip was that I paid extra for a “river view” and in fact did not receive that room but a “street view”. We had a 5 hour drive with a toddler so we didn’t mention it because it wasn’t worth the hassle with an already grumpy toddler. It was just disappointing. The hotel however was clean and near the places we visited so that was great.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I dined in the bar and the empanadas and provoleta were delicious. Loved the look of the hotel down to the beautiful retro looking phones. Great location right on the riverwalk! Highly recommend!
