Check in took 30 minutes. Went to the room and kid tried to connect to WiFi. Would not connect. Called the front desk and found out the lady never checked us in. Just gave us the room key.

This property is walking distance to the riverwalk. There is a grocery store HEB across the street which is convenient. The area around the hotel had closed abandoned shops and buildings around it. Given that I felt safe walking to and from the riverwalk. Parking was only 10 dollars a day. Less than the other places I had looked into closer to the riverwalk. They also had your standard free breakfast which was great to get the day going.

This place was perfect. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to walk to Market Square. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was hot and ready to go in the morning. First time I had to pay for parking but other than that, cannot complain.

Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rudeness from the front staff, lack of parking available. Overall it was a horrible experience. Never again. I felt singled out after I complained of their lack of service and politeness.

The restroom was dirty with hair ask the desk why was it not cleaned he said he would tell cleaning services,still nothing was done wish he could have given me a discount or another room but hopefully the hotel do much better.

Enjoyed my stay, Hampton inn always meets expectations and standards, clean, comfortable, friendly service and centrally located, walkable to all of downtown.

We only stayed for one night but I will say it was very comfortable. The room was clean, smelled nice and bed/pillows were great!! I would definitely stay here again.

I like the location. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. It was quiet and felt close to home comfort. The only thing I would complain about is the parking, there is not enough.
