We made reservations here as we were traveling by train from New Orleans and our trained arrived after midnight. I called ahead to let the manager know we would be checking in late and she indicated no problem. We ended up being even later than we thought and I called again to let them know we were in our taxi and headed to the hotel. THe manager was ready and waiting for us and got us settled in very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean and on the first floor which was very helpful since we were toting a good bit of luggage, Will stay here again.

Loud Noisy & very difficult to get any sleep because of it. We’ve stayed here before and it was a pretty good place. We thought. This time it was not so pleasant. Will more than likely upgrade to a better place next time.

when we open the door, the room smell like sewer. The smell come from bathroom. We have to spray lysol and air fresh all over the room. Room looks clean but just smell bad. We scared to use the towels because the bathroom just smell. We have to leave the bathroom fan and and close the door the whole time.

It was conveniently located downy. The man at the front desk was very kind. There was a urine stain on toilet. Hairs in the shower. And stained in the duvet. Bed was comfortable.

The tub was at an angle and there was a crack in the floor next to the toilet. Forget taking a bath or pooping in the toilet. The toilet will back up. Mysterious stains on the pillow cases and bed sheets. When the door was shut you could see a lot of daylight through the seems.

Hotel was just ok for the money. I was not happy to pay $15 parking pro day. I did not read that anywhere. People was really nice and breakfast was ok. Coffee and waffels was all what I needed/

I like about this hotel, it’s in downtown, the hotel is not what I expected, they charged me for the parking lot and the bathroom was dirty, still with the hair of the people who were before, I would like them to announce that they make a charge for the parking lot, totally disappointed with this hotel.

Was surprised by an added $16 parking fee. Hard to understand the staff. I think he was helpful enough. Just hard to know when I couldn't understand him and I was not thrilled with the surprise charge for parking in this empty lot. Grounds could have been taken care of better. Very small breakfast area. Still seemed like a nice value for the location. Don't mean to be all negative. You get what you pay for. No worries. It was clean and comforatable.
