While this hotel have the amenities I was looking for, the curtains were dirty and torn. The furniture were the fridge is at was in bad shape. But overall it was all functional. I have paid less for better rooms.

I would not stay there again Liz it’s in the room, restroom dirty tub, dirty hair in the tub towels, dirty floor, dirty every area needed to be clean in the restroom. Dirty comforters on the bed dirty sheets, stains pillows stains. My name is TammySpiller. Call me if you need Excellency on cleaning.

The room did not match what was advertised online. The housekeeping staff came into our room AFTER we said we didn’t need anything and didn’t knock. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet barely flushed.

Was disappointed regarding the breakfast area each morning.Tables were dirty when we walked in every mirning.. No juice all 3 days. Out of forks one day. No room service unless you asked for it. Staff very limited.

Breakfast was terrible. Never stocked. Vending machines hardly worked. Never could change at guest desk over $10. Off highway. had to drive everywhere for anything. Rooms were small but comfortable

Dirty amenities. I booked through ********** for 2 nights stay this past weekend. Amenities were dirty. Found a cockroach in our room. Ended up checking out after the first night and was told my refund request will be processed only if ********** reached out. I contacted ********** for a refund request only to be informed that this hotel refused it. Definitely not an accommodating hotel

3 night stay. No maid service and nothing telling you this when booking, no extra towels , shampoo soap,ect. Same BLAND limited breakfast items every day. Microwave was connected to light switch (?) at door. Nothing telling you this at check in or in room. So also no light when entering room. Limited outside parking. Exterior back door never locked even tho noted 24 hr locked entrance. Filthy back door area. Will not stay again.

We had a great stay. The hotel was in a great location. It felt safe. We were in the area of everything we wanted to do. It was clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again.
