Great place to stay, I love it here, the people are great and the rooms are clean. Get ur room on trios.com it is way cheaper

Too many roaches and the room had a moldy smell. Bathroom ventilation fan not working. Fortunately, I had roach spray Raid with me

The stove top dodnt work, and there is no actual house keeping services, the management does not listen when told to hang on and will come in (i was walked in on naked). There is no trash service and roaches infest the rooms.

Cece was a lovely host, overall it was a great and affordable experience.
Unfortunately someone tried to open our door late at night, that was the only issue. But we couldn’t sleep much that night.
For the price it was good :)

The door looked like it had been kicked in before. The water in the shower was basically nonexistent and greasy. The whole facility was dirty. I did not feel safe there alone.

The only thing to be better is about the room, smells a lot a cigarrette, in a not smoking room.

There were stains on the bed covers, I had also asked for a non smoking room but it still reeked like cigarettes. I think the only thing that was good was the staff in the front, the lady was so sweet.

There was bugs everywhere, even in the fridge. The lock for the first room they gave us didn't work, when they went to go "fix it" it didn't want to open. It took many complaints from us to finally get a new room.

I've stayed here 5 times and it's always clean staff are always friendly rooms are clean only thing is they could have a better selection of TV channels but other than I will continue to stay here when in San Antonio
