It is a hotel with a good price-product ratio, efficient, comfortable and with a very good view of the lake.The staff is very friendly, the amenities are adequate and it is also quite quiet, you can hear the wild animals.There is plenty of space to store or park vehicles.

We loved it here, beautiful views, lovely spa, great areas to relax in and friendly staff. The breakfast was great, especially sitting outside in the sun. It’s a great location too, if you have a car. Would definitely return.

It was a very nice experience. The hotel is in mint condition, rooms are modern and confortable. The view is very nice. The staff is a bit inexperience and sometime not polite enough. Anyway we would go there because the value is good.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a bit outside the centre but 1) Bariloche “downtown” isn’t that exciting anyway 2) you will probably have to rent a car anyway to enjoy the area, So location of the hotel is great! Rooms are very spacious and clean Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice area behind reception where you can sit and relax. Nice pool area with a small sauna and an outside “Japanese” hot pool.

Having flown halfway around the world to one of the most beautiful areas in the world, imagine our horror when we walked into our suite and found that we overlooked a building site. The hammering and drilling wasn't too bad - it didn't start until 08.00 and ended around 16.00! But we could have done without it, thank you. We immediately went to Reception to ask for a room change but were told that there weren't any available and we were too jet-lagged to cope with the hassle of changing hotels. It seems to be an indication of the lack of regard, or even complete disdain, in which the hotel management holds its guests. We had no notification, either directly or via our booking agent (SuperTravel), that our suite would be next to a building site and were certainly not offered the opportunity to change or upgrade our suite. Further evidence of the poor management was in the dining room where there was no greeting from the unsmiling staff - the opposite of what we had come to expect in any of our dealings with the normally friendly, smiling, happy, lovely Argentinian people.
