Muy amable la atención y muy buena predisposición por parte del personal. Me ayudaron hasta para reservar transporte para la vuelta al aeropuerto. Excelentes vistas

Lugar muito familiar. Quarto limpo e com uma vista para o lago incrível. O café da manhã é um pouco fraco, mas nada que desabone a hospedagem. Roupas de cama limpas e funcionários bem atenciosos. Banheiro limpo e completo.

The property is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area which you do have to walk along a busy road and construction. Being used to walking around NYC I didn't mind personally. There is a bus stop a few meters out front which is helpful. The staff is very helpful and use google translate if your spanish isn't the best. The room was spotless and the hotel itself was very peaceful and relaxing. Prior to arrival the hotel provided information on travel/excursion agency and taxi service via whatsapp which was helpful.

Cute, comfortable and no-frills hostel. The staff is nice but not overly friendly. There’s a pool in the property but it’s not we’ll take care of. Totally usable in a hot day. Free parking infront of hotel.

Nos alojamos la primer noche en Bariloche porque el vuelo llegaba tarde y no queríamos manejar de noche a Villa La Angostura. Atención excelente, desayuno básico, el hotel estaba muy calentito, el agua salía bien, teníamos vista al lago. Es pequeño, hemos conseguido estacionamiento en el parking del hotel. Se puede ir caminando al centro, el chico de la recepción nos recomendó un muy buen lugar para cenar a 10 cuadras de allí. Se escuchaba bastante los movimientos de recepción porque nuestra habitación estaba en PB cerca de la misma.

Horrible! Tuve un inconveniente de salud con mi hija q quedó internada frente a la hostería en el sanatorio San Carlos. Averigüe para quedarme allí para estar cerca. Explique en todo momento q no sabía cuándo le daban el alta a mi hija y q no sabíamos si éramos 1/2 o 3 en la habitación. Por suerte le dieron el alta rápido y cuando llego me dicen q los 3 no podíamos quedarnos. A esta altura yo ya había hablado con 3 personas diferentes, había pagado y llevado las valijas, todo esto con mi hija internada. Me ofrecieron quedarme esa noche pero si me iba me cobraban la habitación q no había usado. Una vergüenza! Falta de humanidad total. Sino tenían habitaciones lo hubieran dicho del principio. Tuve q movilizar a mi hija recién salida de internación y mover valijas hacia el próximo hotel todo a mano en el medio de esta pequeña crisis q nos afectó las vacaciones. Además el hotel está súper descuidado.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do centro mas não no meio do agito, quase em frente à Havana. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos colaboradores Nat e Sebastian, que nos auxiliaram em tudo. Vista espetacular do lago Nahuel Huapi. Experiência encantadora

El lugar es muy lindo, tiene una hermosa vista al lago, el personal súper amable y atento, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas (excepto el nene bar, a ese no vayan) fuimos en invierno y el lugar es calientito y acogedor, las habitaciones son preciosas y con una vista espectacular al lago, tal vez la cama un poco dura, pero aparte de eso excelente. Además, queda muy cerca de todas las cosas en la ciudad. Vino con desayuno y muy rico también. Destacar también la higiene y limpieza impecables, recomendaría a cualquiera el lugar.
