The resort met all our expectations. The service was exceptional and very personable. They always remembered us and wished us a happy anniversary in the restaurants and the spa. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a multipack adventure pass to Club Rio. Unfortunately, it rained all day but we still enjoyed horseback riding, rock climbing, and the wild life sanctuary. Horse back riding was by far our favorite activity, followed by rock climbing. The sanctuary tour was very rushed. Even a zoo tour would have been better. Lunch was included and very delicious. The hot springs and views from the hot springs were beautiful. The multipack pass is very expensive compared to what you receive.

This resort was a beautiful first stop on our trip to Costa Rica! From the moment we arrived and Dixon showed us around, we knew that it was going to be wonderful. Every person we encountered who worked at the resort was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was in the Toucan building with a beautiful view but unfortunately the very top of the volcano was always under cloud cover during our stay. The springs were nice and we never felt like we had to be in them with many others as there are many different options of varying temperatures. Breakfast was plentiful with the omelet station, beautiful fruit, and hot selections each morning. We enjoyed sushi, chips and guac, the protein bowl and many frozen drinks during our stay as well. Recommend the lava flow and pina colada at the swim up bar! Very enjoyable stay!

The Springs is an experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like special guests. The attention to detail was impressive. We started our time here with a 3 hour spa experience that set the tone for the remainder of our trip. In fact the spa staff brought us their amazing pineapple, mint, and ginger tea each day without us asking whether we were relaxing in the main lodge or at the end of a meal. It felt like all the staff knew our names and all were extremely helpful, especially Joe. Request Nona to take you out horseback riding and Luis as your Night Walk guide. Zero complaints. We will be back for sure!

The Springs Resort and Spa lives up to its reputation; truly 5-star luxury. The grounds are immaculate and so thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation and privacy. The staff are some of the best I have ever encountered; so professional, polite, communicative, and over-the-top hospitable. Ely Martinez, in particular, was kind, knowledgable, and made himself available for any requests or questions. His tour of the grounds, accompanied by a delicious complimentary beverage, was the perfect kick-off for our stay. Make sure to check out the other springs at Club Rio. We did the wildlife sanctuary tour and were glad we did! We did find that the quality to price ratio of the food was a little disappointing; we opted to eat instead at some of the incredible Sodas in Fortuna and were much happier with that choice. All in all though, the Springs is a must-stay!

The Springs is a Gorgeous resort! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Food was delicious with lots of options. The activities were so fun, we especially loved the river tubing. We plan to com back someday. October was a great time to come (yes it rained everyday but that didn’t keep us from anything) as it wasn’t crowded at all.

What a wonderful stay to our first destination in Costa Rica. There is a reason why this resort is a 5 Star. We had the most amazing time from the very first greeting to the very end. The Staff at the resort are nothing but the best, they exude hospitality and are the nicest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this resort, we had a wonderful view to the Arenal Volcano every day and the buffet breakfast is amazing. The only thing I can say that was not the greatest would be the Sushi restaurant. The fish did not taste as fresh as I would of liked. The resort has thought of everything from activities on the premises as well as the 20 something hot springs which are amazing on your skin. I can't wait to visit again.

My family and I were delighted with the service provided. We stayed at Villa Escondida (a fully equipped villa with private pool). They include a golf cart during your stay, which is great. The prices of the food seemed normal to me, the quality of the food was very good (room service). They have a heliport, in case you don't want to hire ground transportation. All in all, it is a place where we will come back.
