The resort met all our expectations. The service was exceptional and very personable. They always remembered us and wished us a happy anniversary in the restaurants and the spa. We will definitely return in the future.

Hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Would recommend 100%. Grounds and springs were amazing. Food and drinks were expensive but I could live with that.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities. Wonderful and friendly staff. So clean. The natural surroundings are well taken care of. If you are looking for a vacation away from the beach, I would recommend staying here to enjoy the hot springs. The rainforest is amazing.

Great way to experience Arenal as a family! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The hot springs on property are amazing and like nothing we have seen elsewhere. The onsite activities are so convenient and fun!

Had a great time! We loved everything, the resort, the staff, the rain forest. The fact that there were resort run activities, so that we didn’t have to book it with other outfits. We are already planning to come back soon.

Amazing resort, it has everything for a perfect vacation. Great service, we received a tour of the entire property. The staff is top notch! Enough activities for the kids. Various dining options. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic resort and we plan to return. The scenery is unbelievably beautiful and we really enjoyed the springs. My only quibble is that the food in the restaurants is somewhat below par for this type of resort.

Property is beautiful rooms are lovely. Excellent service from all staff members. Husband is a celiac and no issues with food handled so well and accommodating. We will return!
