託斯卡納地區很多酒店歇業好不容易找到這一家，入住時服務員介紹這是美第奇家族留下的，還有圖片介紹，意外驚喜，房間暖氣足，空間大，推窗見山谷景，入住當天有迎賓卡還有禮盒，早餐可以。

We have been to Fonteverde 5 times so far and every time our experience gets better and better. The food, the premises, the attention to the details all are superb but the biggest asset are the people. Everyone from the moment we arrive until we leave is so nice and genuine. They all remember our names and are always there to make our stay even better. It would be impossible to mention everyone but just a few to whom we came across more often during our last stay were Jonathan, Sarah, Emma, Anna Maria at reception, Lucia at the Spa, Francesco (Ciccio) and all his staff at the restaurants. Compliments to all of you guys! Cant wait to be back there in few months!

Fonteverde You are stunning! The moment you arrive all your troubles melt away! Reception was friendly and a quick check in. The rooms are small but beautiful! The showers are so tiny but everything else is so wonderful it makes up for this little mishap. The spa services are Devine I would recommend an oxygenated facial and deep tissue massage. So professional, clean and amazing! The baths /pools are fabulous! I absolutely loved being in them till they closed , it’s amazing for star gazing!

The setting of the hotel was magical, the scenery was just beautiful. And the many pools and hot tubs were just what we needed fora relaxing weekend in Tuscany. Couldn’t ask for more. The staff was most helpful as well and accommodated every ask.

Our stay at Fonteverde was beyond our expectations... everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and left completely renovated and relaxed. The thermal areas are unique, all the staff extremely professional and experienced, not to mention the amazing quality of the restaurant. I would recommend to anyone booking to include the half board to their reservation in order to full experience what it actually Fonteverde: a piece of paradise on earth.

Third time we are back to this beautiful spot. The thermal baths remain outstanding and the location too. Perhaps due to its full occupancy the service at the hotel has worsened since last time. First with an underage daughter sleeping in a different room (was not possible to add a bed in our room) she was booked in a room opposite side of the hotel. Ordering room service required 4 calls. At reception long ques with no one at the concierge desk. Service is key for a hotel of this level and it’s disappointing to see it worsen in time.

This place is heaven on earth! It is complimented by amazing staff, particularly Elena and Katia In reservations and front desk, who happily answered and helped with all my questions and needs. My husband and I we’re celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and they organised a kind upgrade and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The restaurant staff, led by Marco (Alessandro, Giocomo and Giovanni) were all very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping ladies were nice and Paola at the bar was wonderful. The facilities are amazing. Eliza and Sabrina in the Spa ensured we got the right massages and treatments and Eliza even went out of her way to get the in-house doctor to check my daughter, as she had a slight flu. Highly recommended if you want some truly wonderful relaxation, service and get away from reality to heaven. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!
