This is a delightful little inn about a safe 6-7 minute walk from the main square. The rooms are small but very cute. The water in the shower is hot with great pressure. The towels are a little worn. The wifi signal was fine. Breakfast is served in a cute room up some spiral stairs & was good. We left very early for a tour one morning & we were provided a bag with apples, yogurt & water. The hotel staff arranged tours for us in advance & we paid them cash when we checked in. Do not expect luxury but for the price, it would be hard to find a nicer place

On my check-in the key that was given to me did not work. I had to go up & down three times in order to get a key that work. 03/26/2023 same thing I had to go four times. I asked the person at the front desk to ask someone to go with me to make sure it opens. He was given vives as no care in the world and was in no hurry to help.

Amazingly friendly staff made us feel at home. Absolutely beautiful place. And lovely room. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect to explore San Cristóbal. Overall a great experience highly recommended to book your stay here if you appreciate a boutique hotel.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Firstly, the location is great, about 5 minutes away from the main square, and a stone throw away to many restaurants, yet in a quiet street. My room is very cozy. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is hot, and water pressure is strongz The hotel is nicely decorated especially at the reception/lobby area and the courtyard. Breakfast was simple but fulfiling. The most important feature about this hotel is its staff. Everyone are polite, friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. And this makes a difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Two thumbs up.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, céntrico, desayuno sencillo pero rico, su personal de lo más amable y servicial, lo único que no me gustó fue que el agua se acaba muy rápido

Excelente alojamiento habitaciones cómodas, el trato del personal excelente, la decoración acogedora. Relativamente cerca del centro de San Cristóbal en una zona tranquila. Estuvieron llenos de detalles hacia nosotros. Muy recomendarle

Es hat mir hier gut gefallen. Rund um die Uhr war immer einer ansprechbar.
Man hat alles möglich gemacht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet.
Frühstücksraum ist leider nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen.
Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder nehmen.
Einen kleinen Kretik-Punkt gibt aber doch. Die Handtücher müssten mal komplett erneuert werden
10 min Fußweg ins Zentrum. Zum Bausbahnhof ca. 15-20 Minuten. Kann mit Gepäck anstrengend sein.
San Cristóbal ist eine kleine überschaubare Stadt, aber der Verkehr ist verhältnismäßig sehr stark. Bürgersteige sind zum normalen Lauf eigentlich nicht geeignet, sehr schmal und teilweise auch sehr hoch.

La Posada El Zaguan è preziosa:bellissima,curata in ogni dettaglio senza risultare posticcia.Silenziosa e pulita.Colazione gustosa e preparata sul momento.Personale assolutamente disponibile e gentile.Posizione appena defilata dalla piazza centrale con la cattedrale raggiungibile in circa 5/6 minuti a piedi.Prezzo giusto.Vivamente consigliata.
