"Terrible experience! When I booked, there was no mention anywhere that the hotel was under full renovation. And by “renovation,” I mean the entire hotel—only the room is usable, just to sleep and leave right after waking up. The construction noise is constant and very loud. None of the amenities were available: no pool, no gym, no dining area—nothing! They offer a “gym,” but you have to walk 10–15 minutes outside the hotel to get there. On top of that, I had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly of dirty dog. I love animals, but the bed, pillows, and blankets all smelled awful, which was unbearable. Housekeeping is not done unless you request it, and even towels are not changed unless you specifically ask. Honestly, it felt like staying in the worst kind of hostel (and I’m sure some hostels have way better quality than this hotel). I would never stay here again."

"The best thing is the location, surrounded by hotels, this road is called the hotel circle. All the attractions in San Diego can be reached in about 10 minutes, including old town, sea world, the bay where you can see the baby seals, and the aircraft carrier. San Diego is very fun. The breakfast is just an ordinary American breakfast. The hotel's 24-hour free coffee is very good, and the room has a kitchen. The worst thing is that the air conditioning is too weak, the noise is loud, and it doesn't work well."
