I was really impressed with the quality of the room, the cost and the last minute reservation customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel for the price! Was looking for something affordable for one person and near BART. It's right next to the Civic Center stop, the front desk attendants were kind and helpful, room was simple and clean. Nice big bathroom mirror. Wireless was good, I worked during the day in my room. The coffee shop inside the hotel was closed for some reason, but there's so much coffee in SF I'd just walk somewhere.

It is smacked right in the center where homeless people are so as a foreigner, we feel safer to go out by car (they offer a parking lot in the building) or use Uber ir Lyft. Very clean room. Very lovely housekeepers. Don't expect much from the front desk. No breakfast available.

This hotel is amazing. Room is spacious, facility is modern and very trendy. Only one minus the area is not safe, it was really dying all the experience.

Very bad location in the middle of dirty street. The food is expensive and there are only a very few choices. Not delicious. As to parking, customers have to pay a lot of money. Hospitality is poor.

收費不合理不透明，除了房費税費最後退房還有收40美元一天的”amenities fee”離譜。 酒店位置很危險，樓下很多流浪漢。別的還行吧。如果停車可以停在對面的停車場30一天比酒店便宜

這家酒店太過分了，結賬又收了103.46刀，解釋説第三方不含停車費用和Wi-Fi 等各種税費，酒店周邊環境也很差，到處是流浪漢，街道也很不乾淨，避過這家酒店吧。

とても清潔感のあるホテルだと思いました！ありがとうございます。また最寄駅のcivic centerは空港からBART Trainで1本だったのでアクセスも良かったです。
