Villasanpaolo Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful week at Villasanpaolo. Staff were always very attentive and courteous without being intrusive. Food was well prepared and presented. The location is magnificent in the most scenic part of Tuscany. We'd love to return in the future👍💙

We stayed in room116. It was spacious and has an amazing view of San Gimignano from its private balcony. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Didn’t have time to try the spa facilities, but they looked nice. Loved the place and didn’t want to leave.

Everything about the facility was beautiful. The view from the hotel room as well as the restaurant was spectacular. We'd love to return to the resort one day. One minor complaint: The tub had no shower curtain, so every shower left the bathroom floor soaking wet.

A super hotel in a great location about 10 minutes from San Gimignano. We had a very comfortable stay. The food in the restaurant was superb. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The views from the restaurant and our room were wonderful. The spa is fabulous. Unfortunately the sauna was out of action but the rest was great. So want to back again!

My wife and I had planned to stay at this place for just two nights on our trip to Tuscany. We liked the place so much that we stayed 7 nights! Even though it is not a hotel aimed at children, our 3 year old son had a lot of fun. including the SPA

We had a lovely room with an astonishing view. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast superb, and the spa excellent. Planning to come back as soon as possible. All this spoiling for a very reasonable price.

This property is wonderful. The hotel lobby with its unique art was stunning. The location just outside of San Gimignano was just beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were very well appointed and the showers were the best we had on our stay in Italy plus wonderful bath products. We only stayed a night so didn't get to take advantage of the entire property. Would love to come back and relax a few days in this countryside hotel.

Having planned for one night in the San Gimignano area, we had stayed at a another most lovely inn. Unfortunately, our daughters got sick early in the morning of check out and we needed to spend one more day/nite in the close vicinity, as it was impossible for us to drive to the next Tuscany town. ( vacation nigh**are, but reality) The inn we had spent the night prior did not have any availability and we called around early in the morning, desperate for a place that would be able to get us into a room much earlier than usual check-in time. Alberto, who was working at the front desk was extremely helpful on the phone and promised us that he would be able to get us into a room in the next half hour when we arrived. He came through on his word, gave us a great rate and was so lovely upon us arriving. Our daughters were able to relax in a most comfortable room with a lovely view of San Gimignano and the Tuscany hill sides. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The common area was lovely and we ended up hanging out and recuperating in the common area by a fireplace that evening for several hours. The bartender was so helpful and charming. The spaghetti and meatballs served in the bar area were delicious!! Cannot thank them enough for coming through in an emergency and would highly recommend the spa to anyone visiting in that general area. Extremely close to San Gimignano itself, which was a most wonderful village to visit.
