As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

One night stay on road trip. Quite bewildered by this town! Hotel old fashioned but efficient. Good breakfast good Wi-Fi. Lovely pool but you need a swimming hat. Fabulous pizza across the road left out of hotel less than five mins walk. Comfy room with balcony.

The hotel is easy to find and near all tourist attractions. The staff was nice, they speak English very well. The room was big and nice, maybe a little bit outdated. Just like a bathroom. But everything was very clean, which is most important. The breakfast was nothing special - a typical Italian breakfast, but it was ok. We stayed here for two days and choose this hotel mostly because of the swimming pool. But later discovered that swimming caps (extra charge) are mandatory in the pool. Which was a big turn-off. Except for this, everything else was ok.

Sono anni che vengo almeno una volta insieme alla famiglia in questo Hotel ma questa volta la situazione era DISASTROSA. Poco personale, manutenzione dell'hotel quasi nulla. Staff hotel della reception poco cordiale col cliente, per non parlare del fatto che telefonicamente è stato riferito e accordato un costo per il pernottamento ma stranamente al momento del pagamento i costi si sono elevati vertiginosamente. A pranzo e cena i Camerieri, che voglio precisare sono gli unici che si salvano.....simpatici e cordiali, si sono trovati in difficoltà a soddisfare le richieste di tutti poiché le pietanze preparate non erano sufficienti a coprire tutti i coperti. Mi dispiace veramente tanto ma questa volta ci ha deluso!!!! Mai più!

Excelente localização . Fica cerca de 15 min do Santuário de Padre Pio.Possui uma área grande externa, piscina e rampa de acessibilidade para cadeirantes aos andares superiores. Fiquei num quarto duplo super limpo no 1º andar com varanda para a saída do hotel. Banheiro privativo, ar condicionado e frigobar. Limpeza do quarto diária e troca de toalhas também. Possui wi-fi. Restaurante com ambiente requintado , café da manhã ,almoço e jantar muito bom. Custo benefício muito bom.

Albergo assai accogliente, ottime camere superiori alla media. Pulizia eccellente, curata nei dettagli. Ristorante con cibo molto buono, servizio di qualità superiore. Seppure molto grande il servizio al ricevimento, al ristorante, è personalizzato, famigliare e il cliente non si sente un numero ma una persona. I portabagagli precisi ed educati. Trattamento che fa onore alle Puglie e all'Italia. Un grazie speciale a Rosanna, ricevimento, e a Lino e alla sua squadra al ristorante.

Riguardo la pulizia e colazione ineccepibili. Ciò che non ci è piaciuto sono dei piccoli sotterfugi per fare cassetto. Una camera quadrupla per con un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo, culla a parte 15 euro se si voleva. Alla richiesta di fare la mezza pensione ci è stato consigliato di prendere alla carta invece per lo stesso pranzo incluso la stanza che veniva 95 euro abbiamo pagato più di 200 euro per un pranzo ordinario di cui menu invece di 190 la mezza pensione.

Gran ritorno dal 2022 e non delude, anzi.! Pur essendo i giorni centrali del Ferragosto la struttura era impeccabile Cibo molto fresco, camera pulita, piscina lustrale. Personale pronto e animazione inclusa. Da ritornare speriamo. San Giovanni Rotondo è una ottima meta al fresco per vacanza estiva in hotel. Complimenti alla gestione Antonio Eduardo Favale
